'Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi 2' Unveils Production Staff, Teaser Promo for Fall 2025

The official website of the Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi (Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill) revealed the production staff, new cast, a teaser visual (pictured), and teaser promo for the second season on Saturday. The second season adapting Ren Eguchi's gourmet fantasy light novel will air beginning in October 2025.

Voice actor Ayumu Murase (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun, Mahoutsukai no Yome) is joining the cast as Dora-chan.

The first season aired in 12 episodes in Winter 2023. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with multiple subtitles and dubs, later releasing it on home video in June 2024.

Eguchi began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2016. Overlap began printing the series under its Overlap Novels label in November that year, featuring illustrations by Masa (Warau Arsnotoria Sun!). The 16th volume went on sale in December 2024.

Akagishi K (Sabikui Bisco) began drawing a manga adaptation on the Comic Gardo website in March 2017. The tenth volume shipped in February 2024..

J-Novel Club licensed both the light novel and manga in English in March 2019 and April 2020, respectively. The 15th novel volume was released last September. The tenth manga volume was released on January 15. The company also releases the Sui no Daibouken (Sui's Great Adventure) spin-off manga in English.

This second season is so gonna be enjoyable to watch.
J-Novel Club also has decided to release the light novel and manga in physical form. The light novel in 2-1 omnibus, if I remember correctly. Both will be released this fall, I think. I'm already planning to buy and reading both of them.
